The award ceremony of the literary contest took place at the Casa de Cultura in Sant Cugat on Friday, May 5th. Several parents, siblings and friends gathered together to attend the long-awaited award ceremony. Some of the students wanted to take part in it and performed some entertainment shows.
Théo Ruiz read the wonderful speech written by Thomas Jefferson Pledge of Allegiance and introduced his biography to us. Àlex delighted us with his magic tricks with the help of our teacher Oana. Hannah rapped the song ‘Alphabet Aerobics‘ and really impressed us. Mathew gave us a master class in Australian slang and explained some anecdotes, typical words and phrases from Australia. Then, Hannah and Oana sang ‘Shape of You‘ acapella. The teachers did games and interacted with the audience.
It was about time to start the ceremony. We divided it into two categories: kids and adults. Here you have a table with the classified ones. Congratulations!
