The kind of teaching given by the coaching teachers of Martin’s Ways is in super-reduced groups (one teacher, four students on average). Unlike the classic academies of English, Martin’s Ways’ personalized teaching allows fully empathising with the student, adapting the monitor-coach liquidly to achieve the goals to the max, something very unlikely if lessons are given to many more people.
Every student is unique, every student is special, every student has their tastes, preferences, problems, their own way of learning, and in Martin’s Ways we know how to treat everybody in an empathic way to reach total fluency and the designed goals. In the case of small-format lessons, Martin’s Ways’ coaching teachers are in charge of certifying the validity, composition and objectives of these groups.
Dividing students in their corresponding levels, there are topic groups upon a multiple array of goals: Degrees (FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS, Standard B2, Standard C1), to give some examples; Conversation (Professional, Colloquial, Private…); General Plans, Reinforcement, Specific Goals, etc. There are also coupled lessons, or individual (limited booking).
